*I have read and understand the following policies: Textbooks are not included in the tuition. Refund Policy: 100% Refund on the same day as course enrollment. Refund requests must be sent via email on the same day as course enrollment. Medical Leave: Students may request a medical leave which allows a student to return to their studies at a future date. Leave of Absence: To re-active current Student Status, the student submits a written request for reinstatement of active student status and pays a $150 Reinstatement Fee. Tuition & Fees would be the rates for a new student at the time of reactivation and unfinished courses must be completed in 60 days of reinstatement. Leave of Absence - Maintaining Matriculation: To re-active current Student Status, the student submits a written request for reinstatement of active student status. $150 Matriculation Fee for every 90 days not enrolled in a course. Tuition and would be the rates set in the original Admission Letter. Fees would be the rates for a new student at the time of reactivation.

*I understand that the courses in this program are offered online and that administrative conferences, faculty mentoring, and practicum supervision are offered using video-conferencing.

*I understand that the courses begin upon enrollment or a stated date. I further understand that all courses have end dates. All 3-credit courses (except DTM courses) may be completed in as little as 30 days and must be completed in 90 days. All 6-credit courses (except DTM courses) may be completed in as little as 60 days and must be completed in 120 days. All 3-credit DTM courses may be completed in as little as 60 days and must be completed in 90 days. All 6-credit DTM courses may be completed in as little as 90 days and must be completed in 120 days. All 12-credit DTM courses may be completed in as little as 120 days and must be completed in 365 days. Students may request 30, 60, & 90-day course extensions. A grade of incomplete will be recorded 30 days after the end date of a course. A grade of F will replace incomplete grades 60 days after the end date of a course. A new course registration will be required for all courses receiving an F under this policy.

*I have read and understand the following Accreditation Statement: Northwind Theological Seminary offers religious education under the authority of a Religious Institutional Exemption by the Florida Department of Education - Commission on Independent Education and has not applied for accreditation recognized by the United States Department of Education. Therefore, students enrolled in the Seminary are not eligible for Title IV Federal Financial Assistance or State Financial Assistance and may or may not be eligible for Federal or State professional certifications. Credits earned at the Seminary may or may not be eligible for transfer to another educational institution that does not have an articulation agreement with the Seminary. Credits earned at the Seminary may or may not be recognized by employers, professional associations, or denominations that do not have an articulation agreement with the Seminary.
