Term and Conditions of Enrollment:

 

Enrollment:

Students are required to apply for admission to the Seminary to enroll in a course.

Course Schedule:

Students may start a course at any time.

 

Course Duration:

Courses begin upon enrollment or a stated date. All courses have end dates. All 3-credit courses (except DTM courses) may be completed in as little as 30 days and must be completed in 90 days. All 6-credit courses (except DTM courses) may be completed in as little as 60 days and must be completed in 120  days. All 3-credit DTM courses may be completed in as little as 60 days and must be completed in 90 days. All 6-credit DTM courses may be completed in as little as 90 days and must be completed in 120 days. All 12-credit DTM courses may be completed in as little as 120 days and must be completed in 365 days. Students may request 30, 60, & 90-day course extensions. A grade of incomplete will be recorded 30 days after the end date of a course. A grade of F will replace incomplete grades 60 days after the end date of a course.  A new course registration will be required for all courses receiving an F under this policy.

Textbooks:

Textbooks are not included in the tuition fees for these courses.

 

Refund Policy:

100% Refund on the same day as course enrollment.

Refund requests must be sent via email on the same day as course enrollment to:  REQUEST REFUND

 

Medical Leave:

Students may request a medical leave which allows a student to return to their studies at a future date. To request a Medical Leave the student submits the required Request Medical Leave form. 
To re-active current Student Status, the student submits the Return from Medical Leave form.

Leave of Absence:

To request a Leave of Absence, the student submits the required Request Leave of Absence form. To re-active current Student Status, the student submits the Return from Leave of Absence form and pays a $150 Reinstatement Fee. Tuition & Fees would be the rates for a new student at the time of reactivation and unfinished courses must be completed in 60 days of reinstatement.

Maintaining Matriculation:
To maintain current Student Status while pausing coursework, the student submits the Request Maintaining Matriculation form. The $150 Matriculation Fee must be paid for every 90 days not enrolled in a course. To re-active current Student Status, the student submits the Return from Maintaining Matriculation form. Tuition would be the rates set in the original Admission Letter. Fees would be the rates for a new student at the time of reactivation.
