Rebecca Lim, M.A.
Pastor Rebecca LIM-KOH grew up in a Buddhist family and was the first to receive the Lord at the age of 18. The Lord then began to work miraculously as different family members subsequently came to the Lord.
Rebecca earned an Accounting diploma in Singapore and has extensive working experience in the accounting field. She then underwent missionary training in the School of Acts in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, sensing God’s call in her life to full-time Christian ministry. She received theological training in AG Bible College Singapore (now ACTS College) before leaving in 2003 to serve in missions work in Ghana.
Arriving in France in 2004, Rebecca continued her theological training at the Institute Biblique de Nogent sur Marne (IBN). She subsequently completed a Diplôme Universitaire in Chaplaincy in 2018 or DU.VEA (University of Strasbourg) and finished with a Diplôme Universitaire in “Chaplaincy applied to Secular Law” in 2020 known as a DU. RnR (University of Strasbourg).
Rebecca pastors and cares for the women’s group in the Elim Protestant Evangelical Church in Paris serving with her husband, John. She also pastors the Chinese congregation and oversees the children’s program. Rebecca also serves in the chaplaincy ministry providing patient care in the Henri Mondor Group of four hospitals in Paris. Additionally, Rebecca works with volunteer teams to reach refugee families in Paris, as well as working extensively with the Paris Associatif Network providing various social services to families and individuals.
