Medical Leave:

To request a Medical Leave, the student submits the required request a leave from your degree program form.

Leave of Absence:

To request a Leave of Absence, the student submits the required request a leave from your degree program form.

Maintaining Matriculation:
To maintain current Student Status while pausing coursework, the student submits the request a leave from your degree program form
. The $150 Matriculation Fee must be paid for every 90 days not enrolled in a course.

Medical Leave:

To re-active current Student Status, the student submits the request to return to your degree program form.

Leave of Absence:

To re-active current Student Status, the student submits the request to return to your degree program form and pays a $150 Reinstatement Fee. Tuition & Fees would be the rates for a new student at the time of reactivation and unfinished courses must be completed in 60 days of reinstatement.

Maintaining Matriculation:
To re-active current Student Status, the student submits the
request to return to your degree program form. Tuition would be the rates set in the original Admission Letter. Fees would be the rates for a new student at the time of reactivation.
