Enrollment Policies:

 

Enrollment:

Students are required to apply for admission to the Seminary to enroll in a course.

Course Schedule:

Students may start a course at any time.

 

Course Duration:

Courses begin upon enrollment or a stated date. All courses have end dates. All 3-credit courses (except DTM courses) may be completed in as little as 30 days and must be completed in 90 days. All 6-credit courses (except DTM courses) may be completed in as little as 60 days and must be completed in 120  days. All 3-credit DTM courses may be completed in as little as 60 days and must be completed in 90 days. All 6-credit DTM courses may be completed in as little as 90 days and must be completed in 120 days. All 12-credit DTM courses may be completed in as little as 120 days and must be completed in 365 days. Students may request 30, 60, & 90-day course extensions. A grade of incomplete will be recorded 30 days after the end date of a course. A grade of F will replace incomplete grades 60 days after the end date of a course.  A new course registration will be required for all courses receiving an F under this policy.

Textbooks:

Textbooks are not included in the tuition fees for these courses.

 

Refund Policy:

100% Refund on the same day as course enrollment.

Refund requests must be sent via email on the same day as course enrollment to:  REQUEST REFUND

 

Medical Leave:

Students may request a medical leave which allows a student to return to their studies at a future date. To request a Medical Leave the student submits the required request a leave from your degree program form. To re-active current Student Status, the student submits the request to return to your degree program form.

Leave of Absence:

To request a Leave of Absence, the student submits the required request a leave from your degree program form. To re-active current Student Status, the student submits the request to return to your degree program form and pays a $150 Reinstatement Fee. Tuition & Fees would be the rates for a new student at the time of reactivation and unfinished courses must be completed in 60 days of reinstatement.

Maintaining Matriculation:
To maintain current Student Status while pausing coursework, the student submits the
request a leave from your degree program form. The $150 Matriculation Fee must be paid for every 90 days not enrolled in a course. To re-active current Student Status, the student submits the request to return to your degree program form. Tuition would be the rates set in the original Admission Letter. Fees would be the rates for a new student at the time of reactivation.
