Wesleyan Studies

This program offers two degrees:

  • Master in Contextual Ministry

  • Doctor of Specialized Ministry

Our Wesley Studies Track is anchored in the Oxford-style tutorial course entitled, “The Theology of John Wesley.” The course explores a progressive Wesleyan theology as an “order of salvation,” which is rooted in the Trinity, and expressed as a theology of love, a journey of grace, and a formation in personal and social holiness. The justice message and mission of Wesleyan theology is a major emphasis of this course and the entire degree track.
