Pastor Pathway
Northwind Seminary's ABCUSA Pastor Degree Completion program is designed for ABCUSA Pastors who have completed a Regional Course of Study
Northwind Seminary's Master's Degree Completion program is designed for working adults engaged in Ministry.
Our students take one course at a time and study at their own pace completing courses in as little as 30 days and a maximum of 120 days.
NTS Master Degree Completion students can bring up to 6 credits of previous coursework and Ministry, business, & military experience.
Students with less than 6 credits of coursework or experience take courses from Northwind Institute that transfer to Northwind Seminary.

Dr, Thompson is an experienced Pastor and leader in higher education.
He holds a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Drew University and has served as a Program Coordinator for Drew's Doctor of Ministry Degree.
He served many roles at Bacone College in the areas of Admission, Advancement, and Academics.
As a valued member of the Bacone Faculty, he was instrumental in several HLC Accreditation visits.
During his tenure at Bacne, Leroy developed a vast network of churches and leaders committed to ABCUSA Ministry.

Capstone

Students journey through a series of research milestones to generate the final Capstone Project that addresses a Need or Opportunity in their ministry context.

Students set their own schedule and proceed at their own pace. Each 3-credit course can be completed within 30 to 90 days. Each 6-credit course can be completed in 60-120 days.
